ONLC CareerPath programs are structured learning tracks that take you from foundational skills to an industry-recognized certification. Each path bundles instructor-led courses, hands-on practice, and exam preparation into a clear, step-by-step journey toward a new career — ideal for career changers and anyone entering the IT or business workforce.
Many CareerPath programs are approved under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and appear on state Eligible Training Provider Lists. If you are unemployed or changing careers, you may qualify for funding that covers your training. Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) and vocational rehabilitation benefits may also apply.
