ONLC Training Centers Opens Bigger Wallingford, Connecticut (CT) Training Center

Two Full-Service Facilities Serving
the Connecticut Market

WALLINGFORD, CONNECTICUT (CT) - April 15, 2008 - ONLC Training Centers relocated its Wallingford facility and moved to a larger commercial office space near its former location. The new site is located at 10 Alexander Street.

Bob Allan, manager of the Wallingford facility stated, "Clients appreciate that ONLC cancels so few of its classes. At our former location we just couldn't accommodate all of the requests because classrooms were booked solid. This new location has 4 large training rooms, essentially doubling our capacity. It too will have the same low class cancellation rates." Allan continued.

ONLC is maintaining its other Connecticut site located in East Windsor, according to Andy Williamson, the company's CEO. "The East Windsor and Wallingford locations complement each other and give our clients options for classroom training north and south of Hartford," Williamson stated. The company's East Windsor center has a large 16-seat classroom that's outfitted with dual core processors and 4 Gb of memory in addition to several smaller classrooms.

Fewest Cancellations
"With RCI, we've been able to reduce our class cancellation rate to less than 10 percent. For example, if someone signs up for a class in Wallingford and they are the only student, we don't cancel the class. We offer that student the option of traveling to where the instructor is teaching, or they can stay at their original location and 'remote' into the live class. This way if someone doesn't want to travel to the instructor's location, they can avoid the extra travel and still get top quality training in a professional facility. The RCI option is being well received in the New England market," explained Williamson.

In addition to its expanded Wallingford facility, ONLC delivers training in 8 other locations in New England: South Burlington, Vermont (VT); Londonderry, New Hampshire (NH); Boston and Waltham Massachusetts; Lincoln, Rhode Island (RI); and East Windsor, Connecticut, (CT). The company also delivers training outside of New England in its training facilities that range from New York to Florida.
