ONLC Opens Des Moines, IA Facility
The Company’s First Iowa Location

Des Moines, Iowa (IA) — July 07, 2009 — ONLC Training Centers has expanded into Des Moines, IA with the addition of its first Iowa facility. The opening of a training center in Iowa’s capital city of Des Moines allows ONLC to improve classroom training access to State residents.

“We have been teaching Iowa customers since 2005 using RCI (Remote Classroom Instruction) training from their own homes or offices,” stated ONLC Training Centers’ CEO, Andy Williamson.  “We have found that people want a classroom environment designed specifically for technical training. Our Des Moines office is able to provide that to our Iowa clients,” he continued. “Furthermore, since the site is located in the capital city ONLC supplies important training to Iowa state government as well as Des Moines’ private businesses.”

This training site is nestled within the Court Avenue historic district on Court Avenue near 3rd Street. This site is easily accessible from I-235 and is located right near the Des Moines Farmer's Market, one block from the Polk County Courthouse, and two blocks from the Des Moines Civic Center.

ONLC’s Iowa locations offer live, instructor-led classroom training. Through Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) the company is also able to connect students from multiple training facilities into a single class. “With RCI we have the lowest class cancellation rate in the industry.  If someone registers for one of our classes, there is over a 90% chance that that class will run.  We are now bringing that level of certainty to individuals registering for our classes in the Iowa market,” stated Williamson.
