ONLC Training Centers Expands Its Rhode Island Presence
With New Six-Classroom Facility in Lincoln

LINCOLN, RHODE ISLAND — September 15, 2006 — ONLC Training Centers today announced that it will increase its presence in Rhode Island by expanding to a new facility at 652 George Washington Highway, in Lincoln, on October 15. The company will be leaving its Johnston, Rhode Island location which it occupied for over a year.

Investing in New England
With this new Lincoln, Rhode Island site, ONLC continues its investment in the New England marketplace. This Lincoln announcement closely follows the company's expansion to a new facility in East Windsor, Connecticut in August. Other New England locations include East Windsor and Wallingford, Connecticut; Londonderry, New Hampshire; and Boston, Hanover, Holyoke and Wakefield Massachusetts.

Training Underserved Markets
"Rhode Island was an 'underserved' market for technology and business process training before we opened here last year." according to Andy Williamson, ONLC Training Centers' CEO. He continued, "We are the area's only Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions in the State. That means we can bring authorized Microsoft training to our business partners in the region. In addition, we are the State's only authorized training facility for Citrix." ONLC is also one of fewer than 25 training companies in the nation that are endorsed by the International Institute for Business Analysis (iiBA).

Staffed with Professionals
Michael Simard is the company's business development manager who will be responsible for corporate customers interested in training at the site. Michael is neither new to training nor the Rhode Island marketplace. He came to ONLC Training Centers after several years as a senior account manager in the region for CESC, a major training provider that closed its doors in the Fall of 2005.

"Like our new East Windsor, CT site, Lincoln will have 6 training rooms with the largest classroom holding 12 students," said Simard. "This facility has convenient access from Route 295, making it a great place to train our corporate customers."
